The origin of Smiling Spirit yoga is founded in the Kundalini yoga.
Kundalini yoga was taught in 1969 for the first time
openly by Yogi Bhajan. It is one of the oldest forms of yoga, in which many other yoga forms originated.
Smiling Spirit yoga is a dynamic yoga, with elements of Hatha yoga en Power yoga.
Yoga is appropriate for people who look for compensation for their daily stress. Who want to keep their body healthy and sharpen their mind.
The goal of Yoga is to free up your life energy (kundalini) and let it flow freely through all of your chakras. Smiling Spirit Yoga helps you look up on every day's life with confidence and flexibility.
With the course is a study guide complete with all your basic exercises, so you are able to practice
smiling Spirit yoga at home.

At the moment you can only have privet yoga class in English, no group classes available.
But if you can find 4 friends I will make time to start a class.
Bring a towel to class and put on some warm and loose clothes.
